DOLCE Construction are currently working as the construction contractor for the The One Nai Harn condominium complex build in Rawai Phuket. We are very proud of one of our latest projects to date and is scheduled to finish April 2025. Its an elite residential complex where modern comfort meets natural harmony. Construction & Buildings Permit

In addition to construction, we were given the responsibility of obtaining a Thai buildings permit signing off the structural engineering. For this project we worked with a large tier 1 construction firm RITTA Co,. Ltd. located in Bangkok.
